| Multipoint Combustion Diagnostics Analyzer |
| FERCo can conduct combustion diagnostic and nitrous-oxide optimization
tests much more rapidly than traditional sampling methods using its
proprietary Multipoint Combustion Diagnostics
Analyzer. NO, oxygen , and CO are measured simultaneously
at up to 12 points in a duct. The data acquisition and analysis software
displays profiles (contour plots) of the oxygen and the corrected
NO and CO concentrations in real-time approximately every 20 seconds. The
test engineer can quickly see the results of adjustments to the burner air
registers, over fire air dampers or ammonia/urea injection system. |
