- Developed a new analyzer for rapid determination of coal ash LOI
- Developed a new method for characterizing the coking tendency of residual oils
- Performed continuous on-line N2O emissions measurements on gas, oil, and coal-fired boilers
- Utilized acoustic and optical pyrometry as boiler diagnostics for boiler temperature measurements
